I am currently on a refresher course while the Hawk gets a major refit, the course is pretty intense as a high standard Is expected from our Lydd Club and finding the high G's quite exhausting but hopefully I'll pass and be allowed to join the team again soon.

Thanks for the update mate, I've only just seen them. It's going to look the biz and you also look very smart but you really didn't need to dress up for the photo shoot. Looking forward to jet power and don't forget your passport.

I have mostly recovered the whole plane but still a fair bit to do with transfers etc, cocked up a few bits on the covering but sod it when its in the air who knows...
Oh yes the passport renewal has been applied for and should take about 2/3 weeks then its off to Bratwurst City for a weekend of Turbines & Tarmac

I now have had the latest Red Arrows tail fin design put on my Hawk just to keep up to date. You can also see I have posted the older version and the 50th anniversary design from two seasons ago.
Boring to most of you but must maintain our little LMFC team

Got 3 to maiden a super hots that I've just bought a new engine for, the se5 that wouldn't turn left but might do now and another leccy one 😊 planned but not started yet is a foamboard copy of a wot 4 then a foamboard twin islander. Back to skool tomoz tho so everything will slow down,😒
