OK while the weather has been crap and my health the same, I have been building my FPV base station first with a set of goggles. as in this video and I am pleased to say they look bloody good.
I am now just waiting for the rest of the gear to arrive then I can build the screen into the case.

No Gary surprising they are not. the body is made up from black polystyrene married onto a pair of ski goggles all rapped in carbon fiber vinyl. But with the strap done tight it is very comfortable. My next project is a 9 inch screen in a case with all you need enclosed.

Total. £32.00 or without vinyl £28.00

Really a no brainier.
