| No i don't but there is a pen mark under the wing which i can only assume is the correct c of g position. If you can get hold of this info i would be greatful. The wind could stop play this weekend but i want to run the turbine anyway. | |

| Will join you and run the new Hawk up with new OS lump in it, the wind may blow but Kents Best will be there! The Camera will be there too and may even run up a Doughnut!

| Adrian, I can drop around and pick you up? if you need me to. I wont be flying yet so will have plenty of room in the car for all you want to take Plus I can stay as long as you want to. Other wise you are tied to Ian's times. Just give me a call and let me know what time you want picking up. | |

| I have good news and bad news. The good news is i have got my car back and working again. The bad news is i ran the turbine this afternoon, which started and ran well but when we went to unplug the handheld terminal to put the canopy on the engine stopped suddenly and did'nt go through its cooldown sequence, the ecu had blown. Its now on its way to Wren to see if they can fix it,if not its £165 for a new one. | |

| Adrian
It appears that 175mm (back from leading edge, at fuz side) is a good C of G position for the Boomer Intro.
Could only find "Sprint" control throws but they should be similar, as it was based on the "Intro"..... Elevator 16mm up/dowm Ailerons 16mm up/13mm down Rudder 50mm Left/right Flap As much as poss!
Hope this helps! | |

| This thread has been asleep for a while so wakey wakey.. I have recently bought the Boomerang from adrian and i love it, flew it a few times a couple of weeks ago and was bitten by the jet bug it was awesome!! All i think it needed was just a little bit more power to make getting out of the field feel a bit better and give it a bit more ooomph, not that there is anything wrong as it is but we all like a bit more power.. So having sold pretty much everything i have with a prop, ill be picking one of these up for it next week: Its a Graupner GBOOSTER 80+ puts out nearly 20lbs thrust so should be just the job.. Found a lovely home for the WREN 54 too so if i sell the big EXTRA ill be ordering it and ill put up a couple of pics of that too , hopefully the arrows will not be the only display team at LMFC.... |
